BizDiversity is looking for a Sales Agent Independent Contractor to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidates will play a key role in increasing revenue opportunities, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of services. This is a commission-only opportunity with a competitive commission structure.

  • Prospect using various customer sales methods ( cold calling, presentations, etc)
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet sales performance targets
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management regarding prospecting and monthly forecasts
  • Expand client database with new leads


  • Must be of an independent mind set, able to achieve goals with minimum direction
  • Must be able to provide own work space and have access to office equipment not supplied by BizDiversity
  • Computer use competency


  • Previous outside sales experience
  • Previous experience with ZOHO, Salesforce, Radius or another Customer Relationship Management System
