Brian is dedicated to helping people make financial plans and better decisions by first learning their stories and history of decisions, both good and bad.
Brian's son, Anthony, daughter-in-law, Janine, and grandkids, Kato, Mekhi and Jordynn live in the suburbs of Seattle. Brian moved from Phoenix to Seattle in 2011 to be closer to them.

Currently my work is concentrated on Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the private and government sectors especially around talent recruitment and retention. As the founder of Chaleur Creative, I serve the community by hosting networking events, educational events and career fairs. In 2020, we will be connecting more than 6,000 LGBTQ+ folks with new opportunities at companies that have LGBT inclusive policies.
Chaleur Creative serves as a business incubator around the development and re-development of brands. In addition, I work with finance companies managing their books of business and internal stakeholders. A large portion of my day is committed to concentrating on internal processes around client/talent retention and acquisition along with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.
Previously, I was with American Express helping to lead their quality assurance teams. My professional history also includes Director level positions with iHeartRadio and Intercontinental Hotels Group. My banking and finance background includes time with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, American Express and Prudential.
In my spare time, I volunteer on the campaign committee of the Pacific Northwest Victory Fund, Fighting for the Majority and am a Commissioner as a Mayoral Appointee to the LGBTQ Commission for the City of Seattle. My husband and I actively support organizations like The GSBA, NGLCC, GLSEN, HRC, OutRight Action International, Diverse Harmony, Seattle Men's and Women's Chorus among many other LGBTQ+ organizations locally and throughout the world.
My outside hobbies include traveling throughout North America, playing tennis, jumping in the swimming pool at every opportunity and snowboarding the slopes in Whistler, BC. If I could retire anywhere it would be on a beach sipping an ice cold beverage in Puerto Vallarta.
Tony North is an HR, IT and Customer Support expert. Through these areas Tony has provided professional services to domestic and international clients, as well as, hosting conferences (emcee), Speaking on HR, Diversity, and IT events, and Training Customers. Tony helps clients adopt (cloud) technology and improve management operations while increasing revenue in retention or additional services. He is known for being a Trusted Adviser who is always looking to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Ashton Allison is the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce’s Director of Business Retention and Expansion, and has over 15 years of economic development experience. In his role at the Chamber, he works with King County and its 39 jurisdictions to help local business grow and thrive.
Allison previously served as a strategic planning consultant for TIP Strategies, a national economic development firm. He also worked as the executive director of a regional entrepreneur support network and an economic development practitioner in northwest Texas. Allison is a Certified Economic Developer through the International Economic Development Council.
