The presentations were concise and illustrated the ongoing relationship between The Arts of Kenmore and BizDiversity. In addition, BizDiversity shared their commitment to continue planning events that promote emerging artists, cultural diversity, inclusion in business, and the community.
There are currently three events planned, The Arts of Kenmore juried Art Exhibit featuring emerging Latino artists, on March 2nd, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Also, “A Cultural Mixer: The Inclusionist Business” championing inclusion in business on April 13th from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kenmore City Hall, and finally, a Cinco de Mayo* celebration on May 5th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hangar. All events are free and open to the public.
Following the presentations, Mayor David Baker said of the events, “It’s very exciting to have this happening around us.”
